The domain name registration agreement is submitted to the American Samoa Network Information Center (ASNIC) for the purpose of applying for and registering a domain name under the American Samoa country code Top Level Domain (.AS). If the registration agreement is accepted by ASNIC, and a domain name is registered in ASNIC’s domain name database and assigned to the registrant, the registrant agrees to be bound by the terms of the agreement.
