- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Drawings, photographs, or other graphical representations of the article embodying the design.
- A statement, in writing, indicating the kind of products for which the design is to be used.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with verified English translation.
- Deed of assignment document simply signed.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: not allowed.
Late filing of documents is not allowed. However, the power of attorney and deed of assignment can be filed later, there is no set deadline. While the priority document should be filed within 3 months from the filing date.
