Patent Filing Requirements
  • Power of attorney simply signed.
  • Specification, claims, and abstract in English language.
  • Formal drawings, if applicable.
  • Deed of assignment document if the applicant is not the inventor.
  • Priority document if claimed, with verified English translation.

Notes
  • Late filing of documents: not allowed.

Late filing of documents is not allowed. However, the power of attorney and deed of assignment can be filed later, there is no set deadline. While the priority document should be filed within 3 months from the filing date.

Annuity Requirements
  • No documents are required.

Patent Assignment
