- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.

- Period of protection of a design: 5 years.
- Annuities: an industrial design is protected for a term of five years which can be extended for a further two consecutive 5-years periods. As such, the total protection period is 15 years. Renewal fees should be paid to maintain the industrial design in force within 6 months before expiration with a grace period of 6 months with penalty.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
