Trademarks

A mark may not be constituted of elements which are ineligible for registration as separate (independent) marks. Where the mark contains elements that are separate (Independent) and where there is special reason to assume that the registration of the mark may cause doubts as to the scope of protection of the mark, the elements may, at the request of the applicant or proprietor of the mark, on the decision of the State Patent Bureau or court decision, be recognized as disclaimers.
