- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
Registration with Customs Duty
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Photocopy of the trademark registration certificate.
- Extract from WIPO or Russian PTO (not older than 1 month).
- Data of license and sublicense agreements registered in the Russian Federation (certified copies of the agreements should be enclosed).
- Copies of the documents proving introduction of the goods bearing the trademark into the civil turnover in the territory of the Russian Federation by the right holder itself or according to its consent (under supply contracts, or distributor contracts).

Assignment Requirements
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee.
