The Registrar has announced in Decree no. 11302, dated 11 April 2012, that all new trademark applications should include the detailed list of goods / services. And from now on, the general class heading description is no longer acceptable.
The recent regulations will apply on new applications for registration and protection purposes.
Accordingly, any pending application for examination will be needed to be amended, however accepted and published marks will not be affected by this new requirement.
