The reduction applies to the official publication fees for trademark filings, official renewal fees, trademark assignment, and trademark license, effective as of 28 May 2023.

The increase will also be applied to the filing and annuity maintenance fees for patents and industrial designs.

Our new schedule of charges will reflect these increases which are in the official fees only; our professional fees will remain unchanged.

Moreover, renewal official fees has also been increased making the renewal fees for one trademark in one class MAD1440 and MAD180 for each additional class instead of MAD1200 (up to 3 classes) and MAD120 respectively.

Said decision became effective on 1 March 2016; however, our professional fees remains unchanged.
