Acting under instructions from Racheli & C. (Legal Representatives of Trussardi S.p.A.), we filed a complaint with the Dubai Economic Development Department (DEDD), the department that is in charge of infringement matters in the Emirate of Dubai. With the coordination of the DEDD inspectors, our investigators and a Trussardi representative, raids were carried out against the fake dealers and counterfeit products were successfully confiscated.

The matter was then transferred to the relevant court for initiating criminal case proceedings.
