We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets.

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp markets and clients trends and generate creative ideas. You will be passionate about your field and well-versed in specialised marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive Manager to join our firm in Amman, Jordan, as a member of a highly skilled team with flat hierarchies and creative environment, with a lot of experience making it a great place to work at. Title: Marketing Executive Manager
Location: Amman – Jordan
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 8:00-8:30am TO 5:00-5:30pm
Term: 1 year contract, renewable every year
Contract Type: Full time
Start Date: Immediately
Notes: We have a “test-period” policy of 4 days where candidates will have the opportunity to get familiar with our firm and gain basic practical knowledge about our core practice. During this period, candidates will receive theoretical and practical training about our daily operations in general and about their job tasks in specific. Upon successful completion and consent between both parties, a 1 year contract will be signed, renewable every year.

Your Tasks

  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies;
  • Promotional activities;
  • Inserting clients’ details in our in-house system and following up using our CRM system;
  • Writing reports;
  • Monitoring performance;
  • Managing campaigns on social media;
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • Managing the production of marketing materials;
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases;
  • Conducting market research;
  • Following up and corresponding with various entities and departments;
  • Supporting the Managing Director and other managers and colleagues;
  • Replying to communications received from clients regarding their portfolios via mail, email, and phone, and
  • Dealing with our in-house system to send reports and statistics to clients.

Required Skills

  • A subject-related educational qualification no less than a Bachelor degree;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English language;
  • Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose formal letters which will be a daily process to communicate with various bodies;
  • Knowledge of modern information technology and online services;
  • Good organisation and planning skills;
  • Ability to use the available technological resource (e.g. internet, computers, softwares) to extract information;
  • Excellent usage of a computer, its operating system, and its applications as well as other office applications;
  • Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time;
  • Ability to coordinate with different departments within the frame;
  • Ability to coordinate and manage matters between the departments and clients, and
  • Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
