Patents

The right to obtain a patent on the invention belongs to the inventor. If the invention had been made by two or more persons jointly, the right to patent shall belong in common. The right to a patent is transferable.

If two or more persons apply to obtain for registration for the same invention independently of each other, The person who first presented the patent application or who claims the earliest priority date , provided that the application is not abandoned or refused has the right to the patent.
