Copyrights

The copyright shall belong to the person who has created the work (author).

Without prejudice to the rights of the author of an original work, the alteration, adaptation or translation of the original work, shall be under copyright protection if the work thus obtained is of individual, original character.

The authors of a joint work, the parts of which cannot be used independently, shall enjoy the copyright protection jointly and – in case of any doubt – in equal proportions, however, any of the joint authors may take action independently in the event of the infringement of the copyright.
