Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney legalised by the Iraqi Consulate.
- Eight (8) copies of the drawing of the design.
- Eight (8) copies of the summary description of the design.
- Two (2) miniature models of the design.
- Certified copy of the priority document duly legalised by the Iraqi Consulate in case priority is to be claimed.

Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of Attorney legalised by the Iraqi Consulate signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment legalised by the Iraqi Consulate.

- Power of attorney duly legalised by the Iraqi Consulate.
- Deed of merger legalised by the Iraqi Consulate.

Industrial Design Recordal of Change
- Power of Attorney reflecting the change legalised by the Iraqi Consulate.
- Certificate of change legalised.

Industrial Design License
- Power of attorney duly legalised by the Iraqi Consulate. The legalisation stamp must appear on the back page of the power.
- Legalised license agreement executed by both licensor and licensee.
