The priority document can be submitted within three months from the filing date.
Registration with Customs Duty
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Certified copy of the registration certificate of the subject trademark or an application for registration of the same.
- Twenty advertising materials show the applicant's products bearing the trademarks that we will file before the different Tunisian Customs Offices to help the officials recognise and identify the genuine products and to detect the counterfeited goods.
- Some comparative documents show the differences between genuine and the counterfeited goods (these documents are not compulsory, but they are very helpful).
Renewal Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
Search Requirements
- No documents are required.
Assignment Requirements
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee with Arabic or French translation.

Merger Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Merger agreement document simply signed, with Arabic or French translation.

Recordal of Change
- Power of attorney reflecting the new name or address simply signed.
- Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or the extract from the commercial register reflecting the change.

License Requirements
- Power of attorney signed by the licensee.
- License agreement document signed by both parties, with Arabic or French translation.
