- Late filing of documents: allowed within 1 month from the filing date without penalty.
A photocopy of the PoA is required for the filing until providing the original PoA.
Renewal Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
Search Requirements
- No documents are required.
Assignment Requirements
- Power of attorney, signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignee, and legalised by the Palestinian Consulate.
Notes
Late recordal of the assignment is allowed within six (6) months without paying a penalty fee, after which, a penalty charge will apply.
Recordal of Change
- Power of attorney reflecting the change, simply signed.
- Certificate attensting the change, notarised.
License Requirements
- Power of attorney, signed by the licensee.
- License agreement document signed by the licensee, and legalised by the Palestinian Consulate.
