The application to register a trademark must be filed using the Electronic Trademark Registration Form (computerised programme available to the public at OMPA).

The application may be submitted directly by the applicant if he has his residence or headquarters or a real and effective industrial or commercial establishment in the Principality of Andorra. Otherwise, he should be represented by a licensed representative for the OMPA. In any case, it is recommended that a licensed representative be contacted, to assess the applicant and represent him before the Trademarks Office of the Principality of Andorra.
