Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Applicant's details.
- Designer's first name, surname, and personal address (street name, number, postal code, place).
- A representation of the design that is suitable for publication. The representation of the design can be glued to, or printed on the representation form (R5703.1), or filed as a JPEG file (*.jpg) on an electronic data carrier (CD or DVD).
- At least one product to which the design is incorporated or applied must be provided.
- Priority document if claimed.

- Deed of assignment document simply signed by both parties.
