- Description of the object/s (one design application can comprise very different objects).
- The authors of the design must be designated (assignment document is not required).
- Date and state of the priority application If priority is claimed (no priority document needs to be filed).

Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee.
