Economic rights are inalienable, temporary and, without prejudice to other arrangements, shall comprise the following:

(1) Complete or partial right of reproduction of the work, permanent or temporary, on any type of medium;
(2) Right of transformation;
(3) Right of translation;
(4) Right of adaptation;
(5) Right of communication to the public;
(6) Public distribution rights;
(7) Rental rights;
(8) Import rights.
