There are no provisions in the law for Customs to search for counterfeited goods. When a mark gets registered it will be protected until the Court orders otherwise.
Renewal Requirements

Assignment Requirements
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by both parties, other instrument of title with English translation, or proof of assignment of the basic registration in the UK if applicable.
