Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
- Set of 8 photographs (13cm x 18cm or 9cm x 12cm) of the design, model or drawing, providing full detail views of its outward appearance; general view of the manufactured article, a presentation of its functional characteristics or an assembly diagram disclosing the subject matter of the industrial design with Russian translation (translation from the original language should be provided within two months following the date of application).

Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee.

- Merger agreement document signed by both parties.
