The application, shall enjoy, a priority right from the date of filing of the first application with the condition that the request is filed in GDPT within six months from the filing date of the first application. The effect of the right of priority shall be that the date of priority shall count as the date of the filing of the application for the registration of the trademark by GDPT, for the purpose of establishing which rights take precedence.
