Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Description, title, drawings, and photograph or graphical representation.
- Indication of the kind of the product with which the industrial design to be used.
- Priority document of earlier applications if applicable.
- The name and address of the applicant, the name(s) and address(es) of the inventor(salong with their nationalities. The applicant should state how the industrial design was assigned to him (contracts of employment or by virtue of an assignment).

- Late filing of documents: possible but should be determined by the Registrar.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
