- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a design: 25 years.
- Annuities: The registration shall remain in force for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of filing, being extendable for 3 (three) successive periods of 5 (five) years each. The request for extension shall be made during the last year of the term of the registration, accompanied by proof of payment of the respective fee.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: it should be filed directly. The deadline is 30 days for presentation.
