If the applicant is a foreign company, then a copy of the relinquished agreement form (which we provide) is required.

If the applicant is Cambodian company, the following is required:

1. Coloured copy of business certificate.
2. Approval letter and patent.
3. Copy of the relinquished agreement form (which we provide - only applicable if domain name does not exactly match the company name).

If registration based on a registered trademark, the following is required:
1. Copy of the trademark certificate
2. Copy of the relinquished agreement form (which we provide - only applicable if domain name does not exactly match the company name).
