Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney, notarised.
- Drawings, photographs, or other adequate graphical representations of the article embodying the industrial design.
- An indication of the kind of products which the industrial design is to be used for.
- Specimen of the article embodying the industrial design where the industrial design is two-dimensional.
- Where the applicant is not the creator, the request shall be accompanied by a statement justifying the applicant’s right to the registration of the industrial design.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.

- Late filing of documents: the power of attorney and the priority document can be filed within 3 months.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
