Copyright shall belong to the intellectual creator of the work.

Any entity which merely subsidized the publication, reproduction or conclusion of the work, even if in the public interest, shall not acquire any rights over the work.

The fact that a work has been carried out to order or on behalf of another person, or even in fulfillment of official duties or under an employment contract shall not exclude the right of the creator of the work.
