Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.
- Certified copy of the priority document (if applicable).
- Three (3) graphical of photographical representations of the industrial design. In the case of bi-dimensional design incorporated in a flat surface, the representation shall be substituted with an actual material sample featuring the design for which the protection is requested.
- Precise indication of the kind or gender of the products to which the design will be applied to and the class and subclass of these products.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: within 2 months from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: can be applied for an additional period of 1 month with penalty.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney from the assignee duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.
- Assignment document duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.

- Extension of time for late filing of documents: can be applied for an additional period of 1 month with penalty.
Industrial Design Merger
- Power of attorney duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.
- Merger document duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.

Industrial Design Recordal of Change
- Power of Attorney on behalf of the entity’s new name and address duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.
- Document evidencing the change duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.

Industrial Design License
- Power of attorney from the licensor duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.
- Licence agreement document duly legalised by the Honduran Consulate or Apostille.
