- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 15 years.
- Time to pay publication fees after grant (acceptance): no time restrictions.
- Time to pay registration fees after publication: no time restrictions.
- Annuities: From the first up to the fourth annuity should be paid after the application is allowed as a patent through substantial examination. Subsequent annuities should be paid annually before or on the anniversary of the filing date in case of a national phase entry of PCT application, or on the priority filing date in case of a convention application.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: 3 months without fine.
