Copyright shall belong to the author as soon as the work is created regardless of whether it has been completed.

Authors or their successors in title may indicate their rights to a work by means of a copyright protection symbol that shall be affixed in such a manner and in such a place so that it is clearly visible. Said sign shall include three elements:

1- The letter “C” within a circle.
2- The name of the right holder.
3- The year of first publication of the work.
