Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney notarised.
- Drawings, photographs, or any other adequate graphical representations of the article embodying the industrial design.
- An indication of the kind of the product which the industrial design to be used for.
- Certified copy of the priority document with verified English translation if claimed.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: can be filed later, there is no set deadline.
All documents can be filed later except for the drawings, those should accompany the application and the priority document can be submitted within three months.

- No documents are required.
