- Period of protection of a design: 15 years.
- Annuities: an industrial design is protected for five years, and can be extended for a further period of ten years provided that a renewal payment is made every years. A grace period of six months for late payment of the renewal fees.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
