Patent Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed, can be submitted within 1 month from filing date.
- Specification, claims, formal drawings, and abstract along with Macedonian translation which can be filed within 1 month from filing date.
- Interpretation of method (institution) of performing the procedure of examination, can be submitted subsequently, within 6 months from filing date.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with Macedonian translation. The priority document and the Macedonian translation can be filed within 1 month from filing date.
Notes
The application has to be filed within one year as from the priority date.
Required documents for filing a National Phase of PCT Application:
1- Power of attorney simply signed, can be submitted within 1 month from filing date.
2- List of inventors.
3- Specification, claims, formal drawings, and abstract with Macedonian translation which can be filed within 1 month from filing date.
4- Name and address of the applicant.
5- International Search report.
6- International preliminary examination report for the applications filed under Chapter II of the Patent Corporation Treaty.
