- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Annuities: the first two annuities are included in the payment of the national filing application. The payment of the third annuity is due after 2 years from the date of the first application, and so on each year on the same date.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: within 2 months without fine.
