- Power of attorney legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
- Deed of assignment document if the applicant is not the inventor, legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
- Graphical or photographical reproduction of the design; or a sample of the design if it is incorporated in a product made of fabric, paper, or any flat materials.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Search
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee, legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
