- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Annuities: are to be paid each year. The first fee in respect of the third year is due on the second anniversary of the application date, and the subsequent fees on the anniversary of the application date. Annuities for a PCT issued patent are due on the same dates.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
