Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney, legalised or apostilled.
- Certified copy of the extract from the Commercial Register. If the applicant is individual, then it is required to obtain a letter from the Chamber of Commerce where the applicant resides stating that he/she is a business man engaged in business or trade activities.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.

Renewal Requirements

A letter demonstrating that the power of attorney (PoA) is for the purposes of Renewal only should accompany renewal applications. Alternatively, a general PoA can be submitted while referencing within the renewal application that the purpose of the PoA is to change the agent on record for the subject trademark.
Assignment Requirements

- Deed of assignment document from the assignor and the assignee legalised or apostilled.
- Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or the extract from the commercial register of the assignee.
