An industrial model or drawing means, any two-dimensional or three-dimensional form that if incorporated to an utility product, gives to it a special appearance and makes it suitable to serve as a type or model for its manufacture.

The protection granted to an industrial model or drawing, does not include those elements or features of the model or drawing that serve only to procure a technical effect, or which are adopted only by considerations of technical order.
