- Annuities: the first annuity is included in the filing fees. The next payment should be made after five years counting from the date of filing the application. Annuities can be paid at any time before the expiration. There is a grace period of three months for the late payment of registration fees for industrial models and drawings.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
