- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a design: 25 years.
- Time to pay publication fees after grant (acceptance): 3 months.
- Time to pay registration fees after publication: 3 months.
- Annuities: the first five annuities are paid with the filing fees upon filing the application, after that the annuities must be annually in advance for a period that does not exceed 25 years in total.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
