Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney, legalised.
- Copy of the inventor’s ID Card, passport, or commercial register.
- Copy of the applicant’s ID Card, passport, or commercial register.
- Copy of the design figures (digital images) if the design is 2-dimensional. If the design is 3D, the copies must cover all views (no more than 25 images).
- Certified copy of the priority document (if claimed).
Notes
- Late filing of documents: not allowed.
The late filing of the priority document is possible within 6 months.
Annuity Requirements
- Power of attorney, legalised.
Industrial Design Search
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney, legalised.
- Deed of assignment document, signed by both parties.
- Copy of the ID card or the passport of both the assignor and the assignee, legalised.
Industrial Design License
- License agreement document, legalised.
- Copy of the industrial design.
