- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.

- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Annuities: are to be paid in advance for each year, starting one year after the filing date of the application for the grant of the patent. A period of grace of 6 months shall be allowed for the late payment of the annual fee with additional surcharges.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
