The application for granting of the patent files by the author, employer or their assignee in Agency on Intellectual Property.

The application for granting of the patent can be filed personally, through the patent attorney or the authorized representative.

The application should concern to one invention or group of inventions connected among themselves so, that they form uniform inventive plan.

The application for the invention should contain:
– the application for granting of the patent with the indication of the author (co-authors) of the invention and the person addressed to which the patent is claimed, and also their residences or site;
– the description of the invention opening with completeness, sufficient for its realization;
– the formula of the invention expressing its essence and completely corresponding description;
– drawings and other materials if they are necessary for understanding of essence of the invention;
– the abstract of the invention.
