Copyright is a property right which shall subsist in the products of creativity specified below.
The products of creativity in which copyright may subsist are the following categories of works:
(a) original—
(i) literary works;
(ii) musical works;
(iii) artistic works; or
(iv) computer programs;
(b) compilations;
(c) audiovisual works;
(d) sound recordings;
(e) broadcasts;
(f) cable programs;
(g) typographical arrangements of published editions of literary works.
