The Iraqi Patent Office (IPO) announced that all missing documents for patent applications must be submitted on or before 14 January 2011.

This covers all patent applications filed before June 2010, and failure to do so will result in lapsing of those applications.

Although the IPO decision was surprisingly unexpected, we have no other option but to comply.
