Industrial property rights are subject to free trade in their quality of incorporeal movable property, subject to the limitations provided for in existing legislation on the subject.

Disposals, transfers, donations, and other legal acts concluded with respect to such property or rights to supply its legal effects on third parties, must register with the Registry of Industrial Property in which you were relevant.
