.ba is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The University Teleinformatic Centre (UTIC) has been running the domain since it was first introduced in 1996.
To use a BA domain you should be a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina or reside legally in the country. Businesses and legal organisations that wish to register a domain must have their main office based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Legal organisations and businesses are allowed to register up to 20 domains and individuals can register up to 5. The BA domain can be registered for anywhere between 1 and 5 years.
Domain names should consist of a minimum of three characters and a maximum of sixty-three. Hyphens can be used although not at the beginning of the domain name and cannot be used twice in a row. The domain can consist of any characters from a – z from the English alphabet and figures from 0 – 9 but cannot use accents or other forms of punctuation.
