- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Annuities: The first annuity is paid at the beginning of the third year, and will be paid every three years (for the same fee charge) until granting the patent. After grant, the annuity will also be paid every three years but with different fees.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: it should be filed directly. The deadline is 30 days for presentation.
