Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Drawings, photographs, or any other appropriate graphical representations of the design.
- An indication of the kind of products that the industrial design or model intended to be used on, in French language.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with verified French translation.
- Deed of assignment document, if the applicant is not the designer.
Notes
The power of attorney can be filed within 2 months from the filing date, where the deed of assignment can be filed within 3 months. And the rest of the required documents should be filed with application.
