The authors of original literary or artistic works shall be entitled to copyright protection for their works in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 1/021 Of December 30, 2005, on the Protection Of Copyright and Related Rights in Burundi.

The copyright protection provided for by this Act shall not be subject to any formalities.
